Internet Service Provision

Amatica's ISP services deliver performance and value for money. Working with our partners EasyNet, Clara.net, Elite UK and Newnet, Amatica can deliver Broadband, ADSL, SDSL solutions, leased lines, MPLS networks, off-site backup, off-site email, gateway protection and network resilience and security.

We offer a wide range of speeds ranging from 512kbps to 8Mbps, a choice of asymmetric or symmetric access, contention ranging from 50:1 to 1:1 with service level guarantees. We can also integrate additional network protection features to keep your network secure and free from intrusion.

Domain registration, domain management and lifecycle services

Amatica provides a full range of services to manage the setup, transfer and renewal of domains, along with email setup and hosting. We are also experienced in domain delegation; fundamental to the effectiveness of email marketing.

Security

Amatica's managed hosting services are delivered from secure environments using dedicated Dell or HP server equipment. Security is delivered through industrial strength switches and firewalls from Cisco and WatchGuard, which are constantly maintained with up-to-date security releases.

For mission critical applications, even greater levels of service resilience are provided using distributed web farms, dual bandwidth suppliers and automated global switching devices from Radware.

Amatica's infrastructure is tested regularly for security and integrity against attacks.

For online stores accepting orders via debit or credit cards, or sites processing sensitive or personal data, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protects websites and ensures that customer transactions are protected and secure.

Consultancy

For clients with very specific or complex requirements, Amatica offers consultancy and advice on areas such as IT specification and procurement, firewall configuration, server virtualisation and server configuration. Hardware capacity and life expectancy is evaluated annually (or when required) and annual projects are suggested to refresh relevant hardware, including upgrades to latest technology.
