Rapid response to mortgage market changes by HBoS specialist lending

HBoS specialist lending divisions BM Solutions and TMB have implemented a rapid response system to react to the dynamic mortgage lending market. The system, which manages the launch and withdrawal of mortgage products, has already proved its worth since going live at the beginning of May 2008.
The new system, originated from concepts and ideas proposed by Amatica, was designed and implemented within a four month timescale. In addition to managing the launch and withdrawal of mortgage products, the mortgage product release system supplies content for mortgage product website pages, repayment calculators and dynamically generates branded PDF product literature.
Tasks undertaken by mortgage product developers, marketeers and compliance are brought together into a workflow process system enabling HBoS to exercise complete control over the launch and withdrawal process.
The mortgage product release and publishing system embraces BM Solutions and TMB brands as well as producing co-branded literature for their lending partners.
