Revamped website launches search for innovation on Merseyside

The prestigious Merseyside Innovation Awards has begun its 16th annual search for the region’s most innovative product or service.

This year gets off to a flying start with a brand new website.

www.merseysideinnovationawards.co.uk has been given a makeover in time for the launch of this year’s competition.

Designed, developed and hosted by Amatica, who are also a sponsor of the awards, the website gives background on the awards, how to apply, details of the monthly winners as well as profiles of previous winners.

Amatica’s Proximity content management solution supports the new site, enabling the sponsors to upload news items and manage content.

The search launched officially on 24th January 2011 with a week of events, including regular updates on BBC Radio Merseyside’s Drive Time programme.
