Kiosks a success for Liverpool Mutual Homes
Liverpool Mutual Homes is expanding its online services for tenants with a network of kiosks from Amatica. The touchscreen information points will offer tenants access to online services and advice in its offices across Liverpool.
Amatica has also designed the touchscreen interface, which provides secure links to the housing association's website and online services to report repairs, pay rent and apply for housing via Liverpool City Council's Property Pool service.
A pilot kiosk installed at the association's head office in Liverpool City Centre quickly proved a success, and additional information points will be installed in local housing offices in early 2011.
Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH), which launched in 2008 and manages more than 15,000 properties across the city, has 5 local offices where tenants can access services and advice.
