Kiosk Monitoring
SiteKiosk includes a remote kiosk management system that integrates seamlessly with the secure browser to monitor application faults and other events on the kiosk, as well as peripheral activity, such as printer jams or out of paper alerts. Faults are reported immediately to Amatica's central monitoring centre, where maintenance can be carried out remotely, or an engineer can be despatched to attend the kiosk on-site. Log files and reports of all these events can be viewed remotely via a secure web link, so you can track the kiosks' status over time.
