Midland HR's Trent Personal Manager system enables employee self-service to online HR systems, allowing maintenance of personal details, bank details, holiday requests, training course booking, expenses, and viewing of on-line payslips.
Not only is self-service ideal for viewing personal information, it is also a valuable communication tool giving employers the opportunity to publish key policies and internal documents to all employees.
As one of the leading kiosk integrators in the UK market, Amatica is partnering with Midland HR to extend self service access to the Trent software.
The Solution
Employees in manufacturing and production facilities may not have access to pc's, so are unable to take advantage of self-service HR facilities, However, secure kiosks located on the shop floor or public areas can extend self-service to all employees.
The use of Amatica's kiosks will enable Midland HR to extend their service offering to current and prospective clients, giving organisations the opportunity to offer self-service to employees where it has been impractical and insecure in the past.
The Outcome
Amatica is currently working with Midland HR on a number of projects to integrate self service kiosks with the Trent Personal Manager.
