The Requirement

The key challenge for this firm of Birkenhead solicitors was to create a cohesive website for all sections of the group. Current online marketing and promotional material was inconsistent and out of date.

There are several specialist teams within the group, covering areas such as criminal law, mental health and conveyancing. Each team required their own section on the new site, focusing on their area of business. It was also essential that staff could update the site themselves.

The Solution

Amatica designed a website that reflects the group's new brand identity. The new site incorporates a content managed FAQ (frequently asked questions) information centre and an online conveyancing system that enables clients to make secure payments online and initiate the conveyancing process. Amatica's own content management system enables RMNJ staff to add, delete and edit items within the information centre.

The Outcome

The new site gives greater visibility and a cohesive brand for the whole group. Staff workload has been reduced as the new website allows clients self-service access to information.
