North Huyton New Deal for Communities
The Requirement
The North Huyton New Deal for Communities project is responsible for improving the lives and environment of residents in the North Huyton area of Merseyside.
As a publicly funded project, its working practices have to be open and accountable and so it is important that results are recorded and measured so that key data can be fed back to local and central government departments.
The project required an efficient means of recording and recalling information to ensure the efficient day to day running of the project and enable the team to collate reports and statistics.
The Solution
Amatica's Community InterAct system has been tailored to meet North Huyton's requirements. The NDC team is able to record and monitor case histories on an individual basis, tracking previous engagements, capturing information on projects and activities within the NDC's themes, and linking activities to specific participants.
In addition, like a traditional CRM system, Community InterAct enables mail merges, and output of various reports. This information can be filtered by level of engagement, project and theme involvement, and by profile characteristics (e.g. age, gender, postcode).
The Outcome
Amatica's Community Interact system provides the North Huyton NDC team with a central resource for recording and tracking participants, as well as the ability to capture and output key statistics, which enables the project team to report back to central government and local funding providers.
